We have an opening for a Service Advisor at Bob Bell Nissan / Kia!

Service Advisor Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Customer Interaction & Customer Service:
A friendly, helpful, and professional attitude is crucial for creating a positive customer experience. Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and maintain consistent communication throughout the service process.
Help determine vehicle issues by questioning the customer, performing visual inspections, and coordinating with technicians.
Explain vehicle problems and recommended services in a clear, understandable way to customers.
Prepare repair orders, provide accurate cost and time estimates, and obtain customer approval for all work.
Schedule appointments, manage work orders, and upsell additional products or services when appropriate and follow up with customers to maintain relationships.
A strong understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance is necessary to effectively communicate with technicians and advise customers.
The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage schedules is vital.
Basic computer literacy and attention to detail required. Experience with automotive service software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.
Proven experience in a service advisor role or a similar customer service position within the automotive industry of at least 2 years.
