- Develop & Execute Growth Strategies – Leverage brand and direct marketing tactics to scale mature healthcare services and products.
- Drive Multi-Channel Campaigns – Lead campaigns across social media, digital marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, website marketing, and other ad forms to expand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with sales, events, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Optimize Customer Acquisition & Retention – Utilize data-driven marketing strategies to drive patient engagement, loyalty, and conversions.
- Analyze & Adapt – Track marketing performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize results and return on investment.
- Amplify Brand Presence – Enhance EPIC Health’s brand positioning through creative storytelling, audience targeting, and strategic messaging.
- Have 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Have a proven track record of scaling mature products, services, or businesses through brand awareness and direct marketing strategies.
- Possess strong expertise in social media, digital advertising, content marketing, and website optimization.
- Are data-driven and results-focused, with experience in analyzing marketing performance and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
- Have experience working with healthcare services, patient acquisition, or value-based care marketing (preferred but not required).
- Are highly collaborative and able to work across departments to align marketing initiatives with business growth goals.
