The 4BBCorp Team is currently looking for a Seasonal Recreation Assistant Supervisor (November-January) to work at a company located in the Homestead, FL area!
Position Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing ice skate rentals.
- Monitors compliance of safety rules for patrons.
- Tracks facility use by session attendance logs.
- Monitors the transactions to ensure proper pricing is charged.
- Ensures waivers are properly filed out and stored for records.
- Monitors safety checklist items and ice rink resurfacing as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School graduation or its equivalency.
- Two (2) years of experience in the operation of an ice rink and/or other recreational venues is required.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Must be able to understand and comprehend written and verbal instructions; general knowledge of generally accepted safety standards for specified work.
- Must successfully complete and pass a Level 2 background screening as a condition of employment.
- Must be available November 2025 – January 2026
