Retail Services & Operations Coordinator en L'Oréal Luxe / Aēsop

As the Retail Operations Coordinator for Aesop, you’ll report to the Retail Services & Operations Manager and work within a dynamic team of four. Based in our Melbourne Head Office, you’ll be the go-to person for all things retail operations, ensuring seamless communication and processes across our stores.Here’s what you’ll be doing:Retail Operations: Coach and guide Retail Managers on day-to-day operations, continuously improving processes and tools.Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Aesop’s Health & Safety policies, driving engagement and coordinating risk assessments and audits.Retail Communication: Manage and execute clear, concise communication to all stores, collaborating with global and regional teams.Store Visits: Conduct routine visits to stores, perform audits, and support the launch of new processes and procedures.Retail Projects: Drive the implementation of global and regional projects, including store openings, refurbishments, and closures. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:Expertise in Retail Operations and Stakeholder Management.A proven track record in Process Improvement and Health & Safety Management.Strong Communication & Collaboration skills.1-2 years of experience in a retail management or support role.A client-focused approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for retail and the Aesop brand. What’s In It For You:Life insurance and Income Protection Hybrid working environment.
