E-Commerce Logistics Operations Specialist

Overview
Reporting to the Fashion & Accessories Operations Manager. Manage the Luxury Fashion Logistics E-commerce Operations on behalf of Richemont Fashion & Accessories Maisons in an efficient way regarding performance, costs, lead times and quality. Bring high service level to the Maisons and enforce B2C operations performance. E-commerce Logistics Operations Specialist as exclusive contact for the Maisons and expert of B2C activities.
Primary responsibilities
- Ecom Operations monitoring and trouble shooting
- Ensure 3PL & carrier availability and capacity by anticipation based on the forecast
- Oversee the logistics e-commerce operations with the 3PL (outbound orders, Value Added Services, Reverse Logistics, etc.)
- Monitor the implementation of RICHEMONT/Maisons rules and processes
- Partner with our CRC department for B2C claims resolution
- Enforce controlled communication through RIC and partner web portal
- Make first level of decision and arbitration
- As part of Richemont team, ensure B2B back-up activity and support
- Performance measurement and analysis
- Use of daily report and data indicators to ensure completion of B2C daily activities
- Analyze delays and major logistics deviation (incl. outbound and return)
- Provide monthly KPI’s and collect insights for Monthly Business Review
- Follow up and control transport partner performance
- Communication & Governance
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for e-commerce activities, ensuring alignment between our Maisons, external partners, and internal teams
- Single point of contact for Maisons and external partners
- Analyze and streamline daily requests, driving efficient decision-making and clear communication to ensure timely resolution
- Master and communicate the performance KPI for Warehouse operation
- Act as expert reference for e-commerce logistics processes and documentation
- Continuous Improvement and project contribution
- Formalize e-commerce operations procedure and best practices
- Support our organization on Fashion & Accessories e-commerce projects

Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience within logistics operations
- University or superior degree, Engineer or equivalent a plus
- B2C experience a plus
Hard Skills
- Confirmed logistics expertise
- Proven experience in operations management a plus
- Strong data controlling and analysis skills
- Microsoft office skills (word, excel, power point)
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- English and Spanish Speaker
