Your missions :

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts for various roles across departments, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and extending job offers. Record and report status on all open requisitions to Talent Acquisition Leader(s).
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and team culture to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.  Complete intake calls with sense of urgency and efficiency.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage top talent for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive, seamless, and professional experience.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent pool availability in the Animal Health sector to make informed recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Employer Branding: Represent Ceva Animal Health as a strong employer of choice by promoting our mission, values, and benefits to prospective candidates.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer details to recruiting coordinator, monitoring offer letter approval and ensuring new hires are set up for success by partnering with additional departments, i.e. Payroll, IT, Benefits, HR
  • Community Outreach: Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships for various disciplines in the animal health industry. Collaborate and partner with universities to participate in career fairs and networking events, fostering credibility and building trust with relevant majors and departments.

 

Your profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong recruiting experience, ideally within the Animal Health, Life Sciences, or related industries
  • Bi-lingual in Portuguese and English Required (Verbal and Written); Spanish also preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; Cornerstone People Cloud experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for the animal health industry and understanding of the unique requirements in this sector.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
