At ECMS, we’re proud to be a not-for-profit community organisation that’s all about making a difference in the lives of children and families. With 75 kindergartens and early learning services across Melbourne, our team of 1100+ dedicated people work together to create joyful and enriching learning experiences with the safeguarding of children at the centre of everything we do. We are seeking an enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team at Hurstbridge Children's Centre.

Hurstbridge Children’s Centre is a lovely, welcoming early learning centre housed within Hurstbridge’s new state-of-the-art community centre. Situated on Wurundjeri Land, Hurstbridge Children’s Centre has been operational since 2015. During this time, we have had the privilege of seeing over 1000 children come through our centre, each one leaving an everlasting imprint. We are a three-room service operational from 7:00-6:15pm.

We are looking for a passionate Room Leader to guide our 2–3 year old age group. You’ll place children at the heart of your practice, creating a nurturing, inclusive and inspiring environment where every child can flourish.
