Job Description:As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
- There will be an aspect of dental assisting, on an ad hoc basis as needed.
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Experience in D4W software and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
