A self-motivated individual desiring to play an integral part in a growing insightsoftware product . We are seeking a highly experienced Data Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support enterprise data initiatives across multiple ERP platforms. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable ELT processes, integrating data from diverse systems, and creating optimized views to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs. As a member of the Professional Services team, you will be providing the following services to our Enterprise customers and partners:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME for data integration across multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Design and implement ELT pipelines using modern tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, dbt, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, Matillion).
- Develop and maintain reusable integration patterns and frameworks to support enterprise-wide data flows.
- Create and optimize database views to support business intelligence, operational reporting, and data accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and application owners to ensure alignment on data strategy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Document technical designs, data mappings, and integration workflows.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on data integration best practices.
Experience Level: 4 to 7 Years
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with ELT/ETL tools and data pipeline development.
- Strong understanding of data integration across multiple ERP systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience creating complex views and queries.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data cataloging tools.
- Knowledge of data modeling, performance tuning, and data warehousing concepts.
- Certifications in data integration tools or cloud platforms are a plus.
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to ramp up quickly, strong sense of ownership, and a bias for action.
- Excellent written and Spoken English, for frequent communications with customers' and partners' multinational teams
- An advanced English vocabulary on IT technical terms.
- Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
- Ability to handle workload with a sense of urgency
- Reliability
- The patience to work with customers that will require guidance / coaching.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
