The selected candidate will provide direct administrative support to the manager, assisting with day-to-day operations and team management activities. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving agent-related issues across communication channels such as chat, calls, and emails, delivering timely feedback to team members, and supporting vendor onboarding and other tasks on the D&B Compass platform. The role also involves contributing to undefined D&B-related assignments as they arise, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve team-related communication issues across various channels including chat, calls, and emails.
Manage vendor onboarding processes using the D&B Compass platform.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members to support performance improvement.
Prepare and coordinate weekly sales workshops, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Edit and maintain reports, updating relevant data accurately in spreadsheets and shared systems.
Key Skills:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations support roles.
Basic understanding of administrative tasks and office operations.
Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and computer systems for extended periods.
Strong ability to work under pressure, manage stressful situations, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Flexibility to work during evening hours or weekends as required by business needs.
