Job Summary:
The Retail Sales & Process Specialist is responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the implementation of sales processes as designed under our business model. This role involves working through a channel of Franchise Partners in a specific geography to drive sales performance and ensure adherence to sales processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Ensure the achievement of sales targets at a monthly/quarterly and annual basis through a channel of Franchise Partners in a specific geography.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Sales System & Process Implementation:
Remain up to date with MBIL Products, Systems & Processes.
Ensure existing FPs adhere to Blue-print business processes and implement sales processes as designed under the business model.
Ensure Franchise Partners adhere to established sales processes and guidelines.
Actively monitor Customer concerns, feedback, and escalations through timely intervention along with CRM teams at wholesale and retail level to ensure agile Customer resolution, ensuring compliance with MBIL process blueprint and optimization as required at FP level to remain effective.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with Franchise Partners to support their sales efforts and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
People Management by ensuring we have a strong leadership team driving the FP operations, coach leadership & motivate teams to build a strong and effective Sales force.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Gather Market Intelligence - Product Performance, Marketing Performance, Customer Insights, Operational excellence through Funnel Steering, Demo steering, Selling Channels effectiveness.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, process implementation, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and process adherence.

Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.

Additional Information:
Work environment: Office-based with frequent travel to Franchise Partner locations.

Qualifications:
Education:
-MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
-3-6 years of experience in retail sales, sales process implementation, or a related field.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and implementing sales processes.
