Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:  Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years’ experience, 3 of which in a transplant program leadership role.  Expertise in CMS and UNOS regulations Ability to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the scope of the organization and complexity of patient care. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of the health care environment including economic factors, change theory, clinical care delivery in the acute, ambulatory and long-term setting. Demonstrates expertise in leadership in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment that requires exceptional flexibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complex problem-solving abilities, planning and follow through. Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Masters degree.
