Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and build long-term client relationships across a wide range of industries.
- Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions.
- Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges.
- Represent Rose as a consultative, solutions-based sales professional.

- Compensation: $39,600–$200,000 (Base + Commission + Bonuses).

What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong communication skills — able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English.
- Sales-minded: experienced in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions.
- Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary).
