Key Responsibilities
Establish ownership of harness Lander Harness Design by reviewing ICDs from Avionics RE’s
Partner with subsystem Avionics Lead Engineer & Systems Engineering to implement harnesses that satisfy power and data architecture
Partner with subsystem Avionics Lead Engineer & Systems Engineering to develop vehicle channelization
Route all harnesses within 3D modeling software & create associated drawings to be used for procurement and Lander integration
Participate in all program milestones including relevant trade studies & design reviews
Collaborate with Test engineering team to author Test Plans used to verify hardware
Support Harness integration & verification within Flat Sat Environment
Basic Qualifications

What Makes You Stand Out!
Demonstrated professional experience in serialized harness design & manufacturing etc- Automotive, Aircraft, and/or spacecraft harness design
Experience composing and analyzing Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis
Familiar with Electro Magnetic Effects (EME) to include, Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI)
Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced collaborative interdisciplinary team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated learner

Ability to work in a fast-paced design and development environment
Schedule may vary depending on program development needs; flexibility required
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
