Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record 
  • 2-3 years experience as service manager
  • Prior experience can be dealer or independent 
  • Excellent customer service skills and a forward-thinking, technology driven mindset

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

  • Create and maintain effective relationships with equipment and supplies vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of both
  • Resolve customers’ billing and/or service concerns to appropriate department to resolve and follow through to completion
  • Supervising all service staff
  • Employee scheduling
  • Responsible for new hire training and employee development
  • Oversee service drive process and efficiency
  • Assist with service write-ups and tagging customer vehicles
  • Responsible for staff hitting dealership & manufacturer set goals
