Knapp Medical Center is an award-winning, not-for-profit hospital in Weslaco, Texas. With 227 beds, the community hospital specializes in emergency care, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, wound care, surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, critical care, and interventional radiology. Responsibilities:The position will manage the Internal Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative support and oversight. The role includes designing curricular rotations, tracking program expenses, troubleshooting residency issues and evaluating and enhancing the program. In conjunction with the Program Director, the program manager will ensure compliance with ACGME policies. The role manages the program coordinator, resident/fellows, collaborates with departments and faculty to develop course, academic and research programs.
