Job Overview:
Fraser is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative support to our senior leadership. In this role, you will manage multiple executive calendars, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure accurate processing of expense reports and timecards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with team calendar management, creating documents and tracking systems, and handling other requests as needed. This position also serves as a backup to the Executive Administrator.

Job duties:
Proactively manage calendars in Outlook, including scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and occasional travel.
Prepare and submit expense reports and receipt affidavits as needed for the Sr. VP, Specialty Healthcare – Operations & Compliance; Sr. VP, Chief Clinical Officer; and VP, Rehabilitation Therapy & Clinical Health and Safety.
Serve as a backup to the Executive Administrator, assisting the Chief of Staff during their absence or as needed.
Research, compile, and analyze data for projects; manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate with leaders and staff to coordinate and complete special projects.
Track and monitor items delegated to others, following up to ensure timely and satisfactory results.
Attend quarterly Committee meetings and other ongoing meetings to record minutes and manage audio/visual needs. Proactively coordinate meeting logistics, including planning, meals, and material preparation.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience providing administrative support.
- High level demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word. Demonstrated basic proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint a plus.

Location, Schedule & Pay:
- Richfield, MN
- Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- The starting pay for this role is $52,000 to $53,000 annually depending on qualifications
