About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, and providing insights that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
You’ll Make a Difference By
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on inventory levels, variances, and trends across the network.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records by reconciling system data.
- Using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, charts, and ideally Power Query/Power Pivot) to manage and interpret large datasets.
- Developing and maintaining inventory tracking and reporting tools to support Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Identifying root causes of discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
- Partnering with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure stock accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Preparing weekly/monthly dashboards and ad hoc reports for leadership.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory control and reporting processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or related field preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas; Power Query/Power Pivot a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
