Are you ready to drive growth and make a significant impact in the B2B marketplace?

ICRON Technologies is expanding rapidly, and we are on the hunt for several business development representatives to become a valuable addition to our team based in the Amsterdam or Munich office. In this role you'll dive into the business world through a sales and commercial lens, collaborating closely with sales directors, marketing teams, and pre-sales specialists.

Your focus? Unearthing opportunities and crafting them into revenue-generating solutions for clients. Your role involves identifying, qualifying and uncovering sales opportunities, by pinpointing key decision-makers in our target market, fostering relationships, and support in expanding our European customer base across specific industry verticals.

You'll be instrumental in nurturing leads until they're ready to engage with our sales team.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or engineering. Your insatiable curiosity and determination to make a difference will drive you to understand potential customers' supply chain challenges and articulate how our solutions can help. Based in Amsterdam, this position blends office and remote work.


As part of our fast-growing scale-up, you'll have ample opportunities to forge internal connections and carve your own career path, be it in business development, sales, account management, marketing, or even internationally.


The role:

· Developing a solid understanding of ICRON products and solutions

· Communicating the ICRON value proposition to potential customers

· Prospecting by making calls, both warm and cold; creating a dialogue with prospects both on and offline and follow up; Making use of email cadences, Linkedin and search for the right targets.

· Following up on marketing campaigns (Account based marketing, webinars, seminars, trade shows)

· Understanding prospects’ needs and qualifying them

· Managing and tracking leads in the lead database through Hubspot, 6Sense, Salesloft, Lusha and Cognism; Building account maps and driving campaigns together with Marketing and Sales in these accounts

· Monitoring sales follow-up and progress - from qualified leads to opportunities


What you bring:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a business, marketing or a economics field

· Preferably 1-3 years of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR or SDR.

· Some understanding of the sales/buying cycle in a software technology environment and the ability to assess sales opportunities or the eagerness to learn this.

· Knowledge of CRM tools

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and native German language speaker.

· Relevant experience in the SaaS (supply chain) industry is an advantage.
