What You’ll Do

• Meet with members virtually (via Zoom or phone) to explain the permanent coverage available to them

• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance goals

• Answer client questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing professional support

• Keep client records accurate and up to date with company standards

• Participate in team meetings and contribute new ideas to improve service and results

What We’re Looking For

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Background in customer service, sales, or team collaboration (preferred)

• Comfortable using Zoom, completing forms accurately, and managing documentation

• Strong communication skills with excellent listening ability

• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

• Adaptable and dependable in fast-paced environments

• Detail-focused with a high level of accountability

• Confident communicator (verbal and written)
