Description
Are you an organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? Financial Integrators, a forward-thinking wealth management firm, is looking for an outstanding Assistant to support our Accounting & Tax Services team.
In this critical role, you'll be the first impression for our clients — building relationships, providing exceptional service, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love creating order out of chaos, solving problems proactively, and making a real difference for both clients and colleagues, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming voice and face for clients, whether by phone, video, or in-person.
- Track outstanding documents, follow up diligently, and problem-solve to completion.
- Support document scanning, organization, and electronic filing across multiple platforms.
- Ensure smooth tax document collection, reconciliation, and delivery — especially during our busy tax season (February–April).
- Monitor client communications, send invoices, and schedule meetings with CPAs.
- Collaborate across teams and with outside advisors to gather the information needed to serve our clients better.
What You’ll Love About Working Here:
- A collaborative, supportive team environment where your work truly matters.
- Opportunities to build client relationships and contribute to client success.
- A leadership team that values innovation, communication, and professional growth.
- Stability and purpose within a respected and growing wealth management firm.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of administrative, client service, or bookkeeping experience (preferably in a professional services or financial setting).
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Word experience a big plus!).
- A natural communicator — organized, positive, proactive, and comfortable on the phone, video, and email.
- Strong multitasker who stays cool under pressure and meets deadlines with a smile.
- Detail-obsessed, process-driven, and motivated to take ownership of your work.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves during busy times (October, February–April) with overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods working at a desk/computer.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- This is an in-office position.
