Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for all contractor work performed under the ISP Support Services contract, serving as the single point of contact for the CO and COR. The PM leads the team, manages all aspects of contract performance, and ensures compliance with all requirements and deliverables. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all contractor activities and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the CO and COR.
• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams. 
• Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations. 
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of deliverables and reports. 
• Develop and implement work plans, procedures, and quality control measures. 
• Conduct monthly management meetings with government representatives. 
• Finalize site-specific Quality Control Plans and procedures. 
• Ensure all personnel complete required training and background investigations.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in project management or a related field. 
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and resolve complex issues. 
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. 

Security Clearance:

•  Favorably adjudicated Public Trust suitability prior to entry on duty (EOD); U.S. citizenship required
