Position Purpose: The Bell and Valet Supervisor is the shift lead responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, providing information to guide the guest experience, and park guest vehicles safely and efficiently guiding the team of bell and valet attendants. The Bell and Valet Supervisor is an essential support to the Front of House team in creating unforgettable experiences for our Hotel & Spa guests.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Shift Lead for Bell / Valet Attendants while on shift.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
- Provide assistance in and out of vehicles for all guests.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property / city events, amenities, and outlets.
- Communicate and partner with other departments as applicable in supporting the guest experience.
- Passionately deliver refined, seamless service, while upholding the highest level of confidentiality for the safety and comfort of each guest.
- Answer the phone/radio, accommodate guest questions or concerns or challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a timely and professional manner, by calling a manager or security if needed.
- Maintain the upmost confidentiality and care with guest information.
- In charge of scheduling for employees.
- Responsible for recruiting and training potential candidates.

Requirements
- 1 year or more equivalent of shift leadership required; hospitality experience ideal.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
- Current driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 40+ pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
