Job Description:Pay: $18hr
Warehouse Administrators support Warehouse Supervisors in managing customer orders as well as organizing inbound and outbound loads. This includes LTL, FTL, and small parcel shipping and receiving. Communication between freight companies, warehouse customers, material handlers and truck drivers. Warehouse administrators share responsible for data entry, inventory, and safety audits. In this position, 95% of your shift will be at the driver door, entering orders, assigning drivers to specific doors and communicating that information using the radio.

Report overages, shortages, and damages
Audit inventory when requested
Scan inventory and put in right locations
Driver management and dock assignment
Good interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills
Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
Computer experience especially in Outlook and Excel
Scan gun experience
SAP / WMS experience
Forklift experience
Physical ability to handle freight
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment. This will include work both on a computer in an office environment as well as out on the dock. There is forklift traffic in all areas in the warehouse and safety is one of our core values.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the occasional weekend
