Commercial Litigation Paralegal en CSK

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join CSK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other legal documents.

• Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.

• Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in electronic and physical formats.

• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings in compliance with court rules.

• Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.

• Conduct factual and legal research as needed.

• Support attorneys with trial exhibits, witness binders, and case strategy preparation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paralegal in insurance defense and/or commercial litigation.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.

• Proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
