Overview:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead product marketing for our flagship Sell-Side and growing Platform offerings by ensuring effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product launches, and alignment between product management and marketing, sales and CS. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap, ensure GTM readiness, and drive high-impact launches that resonate with target audiences.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead efforts to position Ironclad’s Sell-Side and Platform products in the market, develop compelling messaging and positioning, and empower our sales teams to effectively communicate the value of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Product Launches & GTM Readiness
Own the GTM strategy for Ironclad’s Sell-Side and Platform products, ensuring that launches are executed smoothly and effectively across all channels.
Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure full GTM readiness, from product messaging and positioning to collateral development and sales training.
Develop comprehensive launch plans that include messaging, positioning, content, sales enablement materials, and training programs to support successful product adoption.
Coordinate the timing and execution of product launches to ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives.
Create new ways of working such as GTM & Product Councils to align stakeholders around launches as well as facilitate feedback directly from the field.
Influence Product Roadmap
Partner closely with the Product Management team to ensure that market needs and customer insights are being considered in the product development process.
Provide feedback from customers, prospects, and the market to influence the prioritization of features and enhancements in the product roadmap.
Advocate for product enhancements that will drive customer satisfaction, competitive differentiation, and market leadership.
Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions, ensuring that new features and product developments are aligned with customer pain points and business goals.
Develop Compelling Messaging & Positioning
Create and refine product messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value proposition of Ironclad’s products to target customers.
Ensure that product messaging is consistent, compelling, and differentiated across all marketing channels and sales interactions.
Develop buyer personas, use cases, and value propositions that resonate with key audiences, including decision-makers in legal, procurement, sales, and other enterprise departments.
Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to develop engaging content that highlights product benefits and drives awareness and demand.
Sales Enablement & Support
Equip the Sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to successfully position and sell Ironclad’s products.
Develop product-centric sales collateral such as presentations, battle cards, case studies, and FAQs that help the Sales team overcome objections and close deals faster.
Support the Sales team during key customer conversations and presentations, providing expert insights into product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.
Work with Demand Generation and Marketing Communications teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Provide ongoing feedback from the market to product teams and leadership to refine product strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Product Metrics & Performance Analysis
Work with the broader marketing and product teams to define key success metrics for product launches and GTM initiatives.
Track and measure the performance of product marketing initiatives, including product adoption, customer feedback, and sales pipeline impact.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on product performance, key learnings from launches, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software.
Proven track record of driving successful product launches, defining GTM strategies, and delivering high-impact sales enablement programs.
Strong experience collaborating with product management and cross-functional teams to influence product development and roadmap priorities.
Deep understanding of product positioning, messaging, and competitive dynamics in the SaaS and technology industries.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in sales enablement and working closely with sales teams to create effective sales collateral and training programs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive decision-making and improve product strategies.
High level of collaboration and team orientation, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across departments.

Base Salary Range: $155,000 - $180,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
