Role and Accountabilities:


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, customization, and support of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. 

 
Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, 
In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow modules, including:
  • GRC: Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
  • SecOps: Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response.
  • HAM & SAM: Asset lifecycle management, discovery integration, software license optimization, hardware/software audits.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and data sources (e.g., CMDB, vulnerability scanners, ITSM tools).
  • Ensure platform governance, including performance tuning, upgrades, and patching.
  • Create and maintain documentation including process flows, design specs, and training materials.
  • Train and support internal teams in using ServiceNow effectively.
  • Participate in agile development cycles (sprints, standups, retrospectives).

            

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience
  • hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow GRC, SecOps, HAM, and SAM modules.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, risk management, security operations, and asset management principles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator CSA. 
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (VR)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills.
  • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
