Job Description 

Job Summary: 

Lucchese Boots are the highest quality cowboy boots in the industry.  The Trim Quarters is responsible for resizing and form the quarters of the boot. In addition, this position will be aligned with Lucchese values, consistent policy administration and a safe work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

All responsibilities mentioned below can be modified but not limited based on the company’s needs.

• Obtain workload from previous workstation.
• Sand the inside of the Quarters.
• Sanding must not affect the sewing.
• Adjust sewing machine to specifications.
• Meet goal for the day.
• Must maintain machine on working conditions or notify supervisor.
• Revise result of product and pass it to the next working station.
• Responsible to keep working area always clean.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Training: Open to learn and perform cross training in different areas.
• Leadership: Ability to lead by example and obtain support from co-workers and work independently and as part of a team.
• Skills: Strong team player with ability to communicate effectively.

Education, Experience, and/or Certifications: 

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in the process of making a boot preferred.
