Compliance & Resolutions Analyst en Chad Jones Law

About the role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and passionate Compliance and Resolutions Analyst who will drive the closing and resolution process for all cases, including the Proposed Resolution Statement and final Resolution Disbursal Statement. This person will streamline subrogation and ensure proper handling of liens presented between our pre-litigation and litigation teams. 

What you'll do:

• Develop full understanding of all types of liens and subrogation.
• Act as primary point of contract internally for attorneys and case managers.
• Ensure receipt of resolution funds and input into our case management system.
• Review cases in closing stage for final review and ensure everything is in compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, economic, law.
• Internally Motivated and able to audit your own work.
• High attention to detail with strong organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
