The opportunity
As an Analyst, you’ll play a key support role for the Office of the Trustee. You’ll provide day-to-day administration support to the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Trustee Operations, and Netwealth Superannuation Services Committees and Board of Directors.
In addition, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to organise and prepare the distribution of board and committee papers. With a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, you’ll contribute to the development of reports and conduct data analysis on the Netwealth Superannuation Master Fund that informs decisions aimed at supporting the best financial interests of members.

You’re a detail-oriented professional with an interest in financial services, superannuation, governance, and member outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems and deliver high-quality work.
Your strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities will help you succeed in this role. You’re comfortable working with data, writing reports, and engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded.
Specific Skills and Experience Include:
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or a financial services related field
Experience in financial services, ideally superannuation or wealth management
Understanding of superannuation regulations and trustee governance
Familiarity with APRA’s prudential standards, especially SPS 515 and related guides SPG 515 and SPG 516
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Analytical skills and experience working with data (Excel, Power BI or similar tools
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the preparation and coordination of board and committee papers
Extracting and analysing member data to support strategic reporting
Contributing to major reports including the Member Outcomes Assessment, Business Performance Review and Strategic Business Plan
Maintaining governance registers and ensuring timely updates to policies and regulatory documents
Aligning trustee operations with APRA’s prudential practice guides SPG 515 and SPG 516
Providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders, including senior executives and board members
