Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and fill a role in designing, developing, and maintaining our current Salesforce implementation. This individual will work with business stakeholders, salesforce administrators and other development team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external vendor applications and home grown solutions using APIs and web services.
• Lead technical design sessions
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
• Review salesforce releases to ensure no impact to current applications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing within Salesforce environments.

Salary Range: $89,500-$127,000 a year. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
