A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a People & Culture Business Partner reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, Partnering.

A bit about your role

As a People and Culture Business Partner at nbn, you will play a central role in driving a variety of strategic people initiatives and programs across the employee lifecycle, enabling business objectives and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, Partnering, you will also play an end-to-end role in leading and delivering workforce change. As a trusted advisor to the business you will use data and insights to inform decisions and implement operating models that enable the effective operations of the business.

Your work will help foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous growth, ensuring our people strategies translate into tangible outcomes that elevate performance and enhance employee experience. With a strong focus on organisational and talent development, employee relations, and data-driven decision-making, you will be a trusted advisor who brings clarity and purpose to every conversation.

A bit about you

You are a thoughtful and strategic HR professional with proven experience in business partnering, driving strategic people programs and workforce change, ideally within large and complex organisations. You bring a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and a passion for translating people strategy into real-world impact.

Your ability to engage with senior leaders, including executive members, reflects your confidence and credibility, while your experience in Workforce Change, change management, and data analytics enables you to craft compelling narratives that guide decision-making. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day priorities, and your collaborative mindset ensures you build strong relationships across the business.

With a calm and considered approach, you bring people together to solve problems creatively and drive lasting change.
