Job Description:

• To achieve and exceed sales targets from customers in the assigned territory for 3M Personal Safety Division.
• To manages sales activities such as customer visits, conducting demonstration, end user training, surveys, maintenance camps, cross functional collaboration.
• Implementing marketing activities in the territory
• To execute market development activities – Multi Contact program, Industrial Exhibition, Industrial awareness campaigns etc.
• Manage and establish key stakeholder connect with top key accounts.
• To define territory plan and execute it.
• To drive distributor sales representatives to achieve desired results.
• Work and drive as per monthly business plan with the distributors.
• To provide insights gathered from the field to management team on competition, emerging customer preferences etc.
• To conduct survey related to Fall protection & prepare BOQ related to the survey
• To co-ordinate with installers for project execution
• To support other Area Sales Managers for delivering technical proposal for the fall protection opportunities.
• To conduct management presentation on 3M Solutions
