About the Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead the sales of Pyro & Grinding products and product packages to global customers. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, competitive proposals and negotiate contracts that drive profitable growth. Your role is pivotal in shaping customer relationships and ensuring business success from proposal to delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Drive sales of Pyro & Grinding solutions with optimal commercial and technical outcomes
- Lead customer negotiations and finalize contracts
- Align contract and payment terms with customers
- Maintain structured follow-ups via email, phone, or Teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project managers
- Manage CRM and case tracking with detailed overviews
- Secure Risk Management Board approvals when needed
- Conduct customer site visits during final negotiation stages
What You Bring
- Strong grasp of technical and commercial concepts
- Proven experience in contract formation and negotiation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with KPI/ROI tracking capabilities
- Commercial acumen and cement industry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Travel Requirements
- Travel as needed for customer engagement and site visits
