We are seeking a Level 1 NOC Analyst to join our 24×7 Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) operations team. In this frontline role, you will monitor infrastructure health, triage alerts, and execute predefined incident response playbooks to ensure the availability and stability of mission-critical systems for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24×7 monitoring of systems, applications, and services across cloud and private environments (AWS, Azure, HPE GreenLake).

  • Triage alerts from monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk) and create/track tickets using ITSM tools.

  • Execute Level 1 runbook actions such as:

    • Restarting services

    • Running failover scripts

    • Validating replication statuses

  • Escalate incidents to Level 2 or DR Leads when thresholds are breached or automated remediation fails.

  • Log and document all actions taken during incident handling and shift changes.

  • Follow ITIL-based workflows for incident, change, and escalation management.

  • Participate in quarterly DR test validations and provide input on monitoring improvements.

  • Work in a rotating shift model (including nights/weekends/holidays as needed).

Location: India (Remote)

Shift : 8 hours - 24×7 Shift Rotation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations, NOC, helpdesk, or technical support roles.

  • Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration (service restarts, log reading, network basics).

  • Familiarity with cloud console navigation (Azure or AWS).

  • Understanding of ITIL Foundation principles (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

  • Ability to follow and execute predefined playbooks and document steps accurately.

  • Basic troubleshooting of connectivity, disk space, or service status issues.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have (strong plus)

  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix).

  • Exposure to DR environments or backup/recovery operations.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.

  • Interest in growing into SRE, DevOps, or DR engineering roles.
