Join our HR Operations team for a 4 to 6 months period and discover the following tasks:

• HR Operations management: Employee lifecycle administrative management;
• Organization of Welcome Day for new joiners;
• Maintenance of employee records and files;
• Active participation in HR projects implementations;
• Participation in the updating of HR policies, procedures and guidelines related to employee life cycle;

• In your final year of University or College, or recent graduate;
• Preference for an internship under convention with University;
• Initial work experience (student job, other internship);
• Very good organizational skills ;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in French & English;
• Reliable, autonomous, discreet, team player ;
• MS Office : very good skills.
