Senior Intelligence Trainer en Amentum

Amentum is seeking an Intelligence Trainer to join our team of passionate individuals in Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the Nation’s security and intelligence mission.

The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program mission is to support users within the program of record through multiple support services including information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management. The program is a major player in the modernization efforts occurring for data services and strategy.

Responsibilities: 
    •    Develop, maintain and deliver curriculum material with other training personnel across organization to drive intelligence goals, objectives, and standards. 
    •    Work with other training team members to create and maintain lesson plans, presentations, and any material within the assigned curriculum. 
    •    Review feedback and assess how to improve future training efforts. 
    •    Participate in needed further training efforts with other team members to ensure all curriculum and material are updated prior to training events. 

Requirements:
    •    Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements. 
    •    Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. 
    •    Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. 
    •    Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings. 
    •    Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. 
    •    Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.

Clearance Required: 
    •    TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph

Minimum Education: 
    •    Associate’s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 
    •    10 years
