Corgan is actively recruiting a Senior Workplace Strategist to join the firm in either our New York or Boston locations as part of our Workplace Interiors Market Sector. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities:
The position allows opportunities to work with clients in the early stages of projects, seeking to understand the unique culture and work styles of each organization, with the goal of providing creative and strategic design solutions. As a member of the workplace strategy team, candidate may collaborate with the interior design team to create comprehensive user focused workplace strategies. Candidate may also engage in change management services with the client as they go through their workplace transformation.
- Exhibit a love for problem solving in an entrepreneurial, team oriented, high functioning environment.
- Facilitate various client engagements, such as interactive workshops and visioning sessions, with both executives and employees.
- Be a resource in the firm for knowledge of current trends and shifts in the world of work, as well as be a leader in creative and strategic thinking for complex project processes and space solutions.
- Show a passion for researching workplace performance and space utilization statistics with the ability to apply this information to projects and client-specific goals.
- Work closely with studio members across the firm in various office locations.
- Organize and manage complex tasks, whether completing the work independently or delegating to others.
- Some travel will be required for this position.
- This is an in-office postiion
- Bachelor's degree is required in interior design or related field of study.
- A combined 5+ years’ experience as a designer and/or in data gathering, data synthesizing, and research.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to pursue new projects or clients.
- Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with both clients and teammates.
- Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills are imperative.
- Effective time management, with proven success at balancing multiple projects at once.
- Experience and/or certifications in change management is not required but is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open, collaborative, and creative environment.

Base Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually – New York City or Boston locations only
The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in New York City or Boston. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
