The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Management Associate to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a critical liaison between the Enterprise Data and Corporate Technology domain and key corporate and business partners. Your primary mission will be to ensure business operations are aligned with the domain’s strategic goals by building strong relationships, facilitating communication, and managing deliverables against expectations. You will help to manage projects, maintain relationships, analyze data, and drive process improvement.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental initiatives and projects, including but not limited to managing timelines, deliverables, and communications with collaborators.
- Act as a point of contact, building trust and rapport with leadership and managers to foster a collaborative environment within the domain.
- Create high-quality, executive-level presentations and reports by gathering and interpreting data related to IT initiatives, budgets, and resource allocation as well as business management initiatives and projects.
- Analyze departmental data to provide actionable insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and inform strategic decision-making on business strategy.
- Facilitate communication between the IT department and other business units and partners to drive business management operations such as talent acquisition and procurement of services and goods
- Find opportunities to streamline business processes and reporting routines and assist with their implementation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint (essential)
- Experience working/partnering with senior collaborators (essential)
- Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines, and successfully managing competing projects, collaborators and priorities (essential)
- Attention to detail, analytical ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- A self-motivated, proactive, and curious mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with collaboration sites like SharePoint or with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
