COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Triveni Bio is breaking new ground in the identification of novel disease targets – working at the convergence of human genetics, best-in-class antibody design, and precision medicine.  We are pioneering a Mendelian genetics-informed precision medicine approach to develop functional antibodies for the treatment of immunological and inflammatory (I&I) disorders. Our lead antibody program (TRIV-509) targets kallikreins 5 and 7 (KLK5/7) to directly impact skin barrier function, inflammation, and itch – providing a meaningful and much needed potential treatment option for patients with atopic dermatitis and other barrier disorders. SUMMARY 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support key functions within our growing finance organization. This individual will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day general accounting functions ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing reports and supporting month and year-end close processes. The role will also assist with audits, finance system implementations and continuous process improvements. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys working across teams to build scalable, right-sized processes and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
·         Support month and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
·         Maintain fixed asset records, prepaid schedules, and other key accounting sub-ledgers.
·         Support accrual processes for research and operational activities as needed.
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Finance, Procurement, and R&D) to track project costs and ensure proper accounting treatment.
·         Assist with external audits and coordinate with auditors to provide required documentation and explanations
·         Prepare and analyze financial statements, supporting schedules and management reports
·         Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.
·         Continuously assess accounting processes, systems, and reporting tools to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
·         Assist with the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures with a focus on scalability and compliance.
·         Support the implementation of new software or tools to enhance the finance function and related processes
 
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
·         2+ years of relevant experience, with public accounting or industry experience in life sciences/biotech a plus.
·         Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
·         Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel
·         Familiar with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
·         Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
·         Self-starter who can work independently, build strong relationships and adapt to changing priorities
