Customer Service Representative en Danos, LLC

This position is for a Customer Service Representative who will support the Customer Service team by answering calls, taking, and entering orders, and managing equipment inventory across multiple locations. Responsibilities include processing delivery and return tickets using the BASIS system, maintaining accurate records, monitoring offsite inventories, and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly. Strong multitasking, communication, and basic computer skills are essential, and previous dispatching experience is a major plus. Pay is flexible based on experience.

• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate location
• Take customer orders and enter them into the system
• Compile and manage daily equipment inventory from multiple locations into a single inventory point
• Update inventory records as equipment are added or removed throughout the day
• Create and process delivery and return tickets using the BASIS system
• Match and organize supporting documents with corresponding tickets
• File all tickets into appropriate customer files
• Monitor offsite inventories and review reports daily
• Ensure return and delivery tickets align with offsite inventory and data
• Obtain and document all necessary customer charge information for outgoing shipments
• Communicate any internal or external issues to the supervisor
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Identify customers’ expectations and requirements to align goals according with contract provisions
• Previous Experience is a must.
• Coordinating shipping and receiving materials, supplies and equipment
• Phone, computer and radio skills a must.
• Reviews information such as daily record of activities (log), records of materials received and used and reports from various workers.
• Prepares and type reports.
