Position Summary

Are you a strategic hands-on leader ready to drive growth, innovation, and impact? 

This position reports to the COO and is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing operations. This position’s primary focus is to strategize, develop, plan and implement marketing goals to support and exceed the Credit Union’s strategic sales and service objectives. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports sales, service, and growth goals.
• Drive initiatives across branding, digital marketing, SEO/GEO, social media, e-commerce, product launches, and internal campaigns.
• Oversee corporate communications, and member engagement efforts.
• Manage and optimize the Credit Union website, content strategy, and user experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing vendor partnerships and budgets.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (preferred) or 7+ years in digital marketing/advertising (financial services experience is a plus).
• Proven success in leading teams, coaching, mentoring and driving performance.
• Expertise in SEO, GEO, marketing automation, social media management, and database marketing.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and creative writing skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and light HTML knowledge.
• A dynamic, organized leader with the ability to adapt quickly and drive results.

The annual salary range for this position is $135,284-$169,105

The salary ranges for positions are based on current market industry studies as well as job evaluations. During the offer phase Management will determine the appropriate compensation within the compensation range based on experience, education and internal equity.
