The Coordinator, Global Education Operations is a key operational driver and critical support partner for the Education department, ensuring the smooth execution of programs, events, and special projects. This role helps organize event planning support, program logistics, key operational systems, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination that powers the delivery of best-in-class education experiences. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Operational & Administrative Support: 

  • Manage logistics and execution for internal and external education programs, workshops, and events. 
  • Coordinate scheduling, vendor communications, inventory, and shipment of educational tools and materials. 
  • Maintain operational trackers & calendars, databases, and learning management systems (LMS) users. 
  • Process purchase orders, manage budgets, and assist with financial reconciliation. 

Field & Retail Education Execution: 

  • Support the rollout of field-facing and retailer education programs by managing timelines, materials, and communication. 
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure education initiatives are properly launched and measured. 

Event Planning & Execution: 

  • Assist with the planning and onsite execution of major education events, national trainings, and retailer activations. 
  • Support with field New Hire training coordination. 
  • Coordinate venue needs, and production elements for events. 

Team Collaboration: 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, DC, and Demand Planning teams to align education efforts with brand objectives and action projects accordingly. 
  • Liaise with HR to support educator onboarding processes and orientation programming. 

Process Improvement: 

  • Identify and propose operational efficiencies and standardized processes to streamline education delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 13 years of relevant experience in project coordination, assistant management, or related role. 
  • Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects independently while balancing multiple priorities. 
  • Strong project management skills, with experience creating timelines, managing deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (polished, executive-ready decks); strong command of Word and Outlook. 
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and updates to leadership. 
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional partners. 
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected hourly rate for this position is $22.00 - $25.00. The exact base compensation is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
