As a Sales Associate, you’ll do more than sell vehicles—you’ll create a sophisticated, consultative experience, provide trusted guidance, and showcase the prestige and innovation that define Cadillac.
What You'll Do
- Engage Customers: Manage inbound leads, schedule appointments, and welcome clients to the showroom with confidence
- Provide Expert Guidance: Learn Cadillac’s lineup in depth and serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers
- Build Relationships: Deliver a personalized, consultative, and professional customer experience
- Close Sales with Integrity: Present vehicles, answer questions, negotiate effectively, and finalize transactions
- Maintain Professional Standards: Track leads, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer processes

- Salary: 30% commission with $200 minimum per unit (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
