Position Summary:

In this role, you will work closely with the Field Marketing Team Lead and General Managers within your region to plan, coordinate, and execute our company's marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for advancing existing opportunities for the Sales team within targeted accounts as well as generating new prospects through marketing activities including email and phone call campaigns, customer satisfaction follow-up, tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of account-based marketing, excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.


Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to help plan and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
  • Learn the target market’s technology needs and dive deep into their niche.
  • Pursue and nurture leads until qualified.
  • Set up meetings for Solutions Consultants with qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with inbound leads in an effective and efficient manner. 
  • Measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data.
  • Improve marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
  • Enhance the buyer journey by providing input for your content marketing peers to improve content development and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Manage campaign leads and follow-up processes to ensure high-quality leads are identified and followed-up on in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including lead generation, customer satisfaction, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Independently travel to marketing events as needed with occasional overnight stays.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account-based marketing.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, or business development

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems - HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Experience with data and business intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, Bombora, 6sense, etc.

Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Event Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong research and investigative skills 
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
