Salary range: $90,000- $95,000 (Commensurate with experience).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver leadership development program(s).
• Facilitate training sessions in English and Vietnamese or Spanish.
• Support competency and skill mapping for critical production and leadership roles.
• Partner with department leaders to embed training reinforcement in shift huddles and operational meetings.
• Assist in building OD infrastructure by:
o Supporting the Performance Management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals).
o Assisting in the development and rollout of competency matrices for critical roles.
o Supporting the creation and governance of career progression paths tied to compensation and retention.
o Helping establish and maintain OD governance processes such as standards playbooks and manager capability programs.
• Take over ongoing OD-related workstreams (e.g., competency frameworks, PM cycle alignment, progression path discovery).
• Ensure all training is tracked in the LMS and measured for effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Lead the learning experience standards of the Train-the-Trainer program, preparing SMEs to deliver standardized training across shifts and departments.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in leadership development, or OD.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese or English and Spanish required (spoken and written).
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, especially with leaders and frontline supervisors.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and behavioral assessments (DISC, StrengthsFinder, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience with competency modeling and/or career path frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand training.
Preferred (Not Required) Education and/or Work Experience:
• Experience with organizational effectiveness, succession planning, or OD program design.
• Experience with leadership development in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with succession planning and talent development frameworks.
• Familiarity with HRIS/LMS integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
Work Conditions:
• Works full-time (8 hr. shift), 40 hours per week.
o Schedule flexibility may be required to conduct training during evening shifts.
• Works indoors in a well-lit office environment but includes time on the manufacturing floor as needed.
• This job operates in a professional office environment which is quiet. This role also routinely performs duties in a manufacturing / production environment. The production environment can be moderately loud to loud.
• While in the production environment, this role may be exposed to moving parts and equipment.
• Required to wear safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, hair net, and other PPE as applicable.
