Deine Aufgaben:
- Vertretung des Teamleaders bei seiner Abwesenheit
- Aktive Förderung und Unterstützung des IL6S Prozesses
- Personalplanung des Bereiches
- Sicherstellung der permanenten Aufrechterhaltung des Produktionsprozesses
- Bearbeitung aller produktionsrelevanten, administrativen Vorgänge
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung betrieblicher Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltrichtlinien
Das solltest Du mitbringen:
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Molkereifachkraft oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Bereich Milch oder vergleichbare Ausbildun
- Mindestens 3 Jahre fachspezifische Berufserfahrung
- Hohes Maß an Führungskompetenz
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Teamorientiertes Handeln
- Sicherheitsorientierte, strukturierte und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Du bist belastbar und der Einsatz in Wechselschicht sowie ggf regelmäßige Wochenendarbeit stellen für Dich kein Problem dar
