Role’s Mission:

To partner with the South Campus Facility Manger to ensure the South Campus is in excellent condition for all programs and events, as well as, helping the South Campus staff with any physical tasks around the building. 

Christ Chapel’s Mission:

“To stretch every involved person from the threshold of their spiritual pilgrimage toward becoming a fully-developing follower of Christ” (Col 1:28-29). 

Reporting Relationship:

This role will report to the South Campus Facilities Manager. 

Role Details:

Part-Time | 25 Hours Per Week | Non-exempt 

Qualifications

Requirements:

• This role works evenings and weekends. 
• Ability to lift at least 60 pounds. 
• Must be living an “above reproach” lifestyle as outlined in the Christ Chapel Employee Handbook 
• Must be committed to and supportive of the authority of the Elders, the pastoral staff and the philosophy and direction of the church both in public and in private. 
• Must be available for part-time flexible hours averaging 25 hours per week. 
• Must have some experience with the care and cleaning of facilities. 
• Must be able to stay off social media while on company time. 

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide detailed clean-up of classrooms, bathrooms and other areas on the CCBC campus by deep cleaning, general cleaning, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, laundry, snow and ice removal, etc. 
• To help with room set ups as directed by the Facility Manger. 
• To fill in for the Facility Manager when he is off or out of the office.
