What you’ll do

  • Collaborate across procurement, production, and logistics functions to understand how decisions impact the entire supply chain 
  • Track on-time delivery performance and proactively flag potential delays to prevent production disruptions 
  • Gather, audit, and summarize production records, cycle times, throughput, and quality metrics 
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvement opportunities 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose bottlenecks and implement real, measurable improvements in supply chain performance  

What makes you a good fit

  • An undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior), a master’s / graduate student or MBA student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting 
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI for data visualization 
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred

Following your internship, you may be invited to join Henkel as a returning intern or full-time employee.   

Additional information

  • This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.  
  • The anticipated start date for this internship is in January 2026 and the anticipated end date is in May 2026. 
  • This position requires you to be available to work ~20 hours/week. 
  • Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
