The Associate Digital Marketing Manger supports the Digital Marketing team in supporting the planning, development and execution of best-in-class marketing campaigns across owned digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and increasing levels of guest engagement. The Associate Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing our menu and digital content on web & app.
Responsibilities:
Oversee BR Delivery Program
Manage day-to-day relationships with 3rd party delivery providers.
Work with cross functional teams to streamline franchisee signup processes.
Lead BR Delivery offer strategy to plan out offer calendar.
Manage 3PD Delivery budget.
Digital Content Management Lead
Lead in managing end-to-end monthly website and mobile app updates including: planning, setup, targeting, testing, execution, and reporting.
Partner with cross-functional team including Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory to support content strategy.
Using Adobe Creative Cloud products, expand digital content needs by designing web and app content for targeted personalization.
Assist with designing and coding custom HTML pages for Baskinrobbins.com.
Assist with uploading and staging content of BR.com.
Email & Push Strategy
Lead BR email, push & in app popup strategy.
Implement and execute sending email creative and campaigns in Paytronix.
Assist with email and push audience targeting to create personalized experiences.
Leverage Copilot AI agent to scale up push content.
Agency Management
Support BR agency partners supporting our digital marketing strategies
Participate in regular agency status calls, ensuring on time delivery of assets
AI Agent Management
Create and Manage Copilot Agents for BR Digital Channels to streamline reporting and make better decisions on strategy & content optimization.
Requirements:
4 Year Degree Preferred
Degree in Marketing or Business
3-5 Years of Relevant Experience in Digital Marketing and Agency Management
Professional-level understanding of digital technologies, channels, methodologies and best practices
Experience in managing multiple agency and vendor relationships is a plus
Google Analytics experience a plus
Experience managing CMS
Adobe Creative Cloud experience
Microsoft Copilot Experience
Data visualization experience a plus
HTML/CSS experience
Strong attention to detail
Digital agency experience preferred; but not required
Proven experience in translating consumer insights / data into actionable marketing initiatives
Ability to effectively present programs in person / over the phone to internal and external audiences (large and small)
Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented
Self-starter personality who can operate with some supervision
Ideal candidate has an inquisitive nature and a passion for learning and solving problems
